The name Henry is an English male given name and a surname, borrowed from Old French, originally of Germanic origin (Haimirich) from the elements haim (“‘home’”) and ric (“‘ruler’”). The word Henry is meant in many languages as “Royalty”.

We picked him up on Dec 14th, 2012 from the breeder in Massachusetts.  He slept most of the way home but when awake his voice sounded more like a bird than a Bengal cat.

The Bengal cat appears to walk from the wild into the show hall. Temperament is dependable, curious, intelligent,
interactive and loving. Ancestral models, create patterns reminiscent of the wild
as will as patterns completely new and unique to both models. The Bengal cat is athletic, sleek and muscular; medium to large in size, allowance made for smaller females. Characteristics in the appearance of the Bengal cat distinct from those found in other domestic cat breeds given special merit.
